Kalindi is a MSc and PhD in International Business from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. She graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce on completing her Economics Hons degree from Delhi University.
Her area of research is the interface between governments and multinationals in emerging markets like India. She has a growing interest in discovering the human resource potential in young adults and has conducted several workshops with students to hone their communication skills and guide their personal development. Apart from her research in international business and related areas she is deeply interested in epistemological issues within qualitative business research methods. She teaches subjects like Global Business Environment, Macroeconomics, Business Research, Business Communication and Personality Development and Entrepreneurship and Innovation among others and is keen to promote student enterprise.
