Faculty Profile

Nidhi Kaicker holds a PhD degree in Management and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephens College. She has also completed a Faculty Development (certificate) Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Nidhi joined the School of Business, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship, Ambedkar University Delhi in 2012. Prior to that, she has worked in the area of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in the Investment banking division at Merrill Lynch.

Short Term Programmes

• Participated in a 2 week “Leadership Institute” organized by the Asia Pacific Higher Education Research Partnership at National Chung-Cheng University, Chia-yi, Taiwan in July-August 2017.
• Participated in a 2 week Faculty Exchange Programme at Babes Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca, Romania as part of the Erasmus+ Programme, in March 2017.
• Completed a 4 month Faculty Development Programme (Certificate) in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in June – September 2015.
• Participated in a 2 week Workshop on “Behavioural Economics” organized by the National University of Singapore in July-August 2012
• Participated in a 2 day Workshop on “Case Writing, Teaching and Research” organized by the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in June 2012
